Mr. Ott has led RainMaker's acquisition practice since 1995 and for the past several years has focused on the Consumer
Mobile Infrastructure segment. Mr. Ott’s experience includes developing North American market entry strategies for non-US
based companies, raising strategic capital, and both buy side and sell side M&A engagements. An engaging and knowledgeable
speaker, Mr. Ott has spoken at numerous industry events on a series of topics ranging from M&A strategies to how to raise
capital, to structuring global strategic partnerships. Erik has lived for extended periods in Europe and traveled
extensively. He is fluent in Spanish. |
