Scott Lipsitz Founding Partner
Mr. Lipsitz is a Founder and Managing Director of RainMaker
Capital, LLC. An experienced entrepreneur with investment
banking/transactional and operational experience in industries
ranging from consumer products to technology, Scott provides
client companies with both general business and strategy consulting
services with an emphasis on business development, value creation,
financial engineering and merger and acquisitions. For the
past many years, Mr. Lipsitz has been communications and media
and entertainment focused and has been engaged by companies
such as Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERICY), Global Crossing (NYSE:GX),
and One Equity Partners (OEP, JP Morgan Chase's private equity
capital group), among others, to provide strategic consulting,
transaction management and both buy-side and sell side M&A
advisory services. Scott has lived in Europe and speaks Spanish
proficiently. |
