Scott has led billions of dollars in financings, strategic transactions, and partnerships, delivering transformative outcomes for high-growth companies, unlocking value and achieving clients strategic objectives. For Scott music is more than a hobby. A life long string-player, he is sought after for his skills on the bass by jazz and blues groups.

Edwin runs Rainmaker’s Corp Dev initiaitves. Edwin has forged global partnerships with the largest names in Tech, Media and Telecom. He is keenly aware of how to navigate large organizations and position opportunities to align all constituents around a common objective. His skill in managing relationships, listening to partners, and driving towards a close has generated significant value for our clients. Edwin received his BA from Colgate University and MA from Johns Hopkins University. An avid outdoorsmen, Edwin’s free time is spent from the ocean to the high Sierra. He is a member of the Marin County Search and Rescue team.
